Description

Réduction de Vinaigre Balsamique de Modena is one of the most elegant finishing condiments in the Maison de la Truffe range: a balsamic glaze made from 66% balsamic vinegar of Modena - composed of concentrated grape must and wine vinegar, with a natural acidity of 6% - then reduced to its characteristic syrupy consistency. A touch of dried black truffle Tuber Melanosporum adds an extra aromatic dimension to the already complex character of balsamic.

The texture is slick, dense and a deep mahogany brown; the taste combines the natural sweetness of caramelized grape must, the acidity of vinegar and the earthy hint of truffle. It's a product that requires no preparation - a few drops drizzled on the bottom of the plate or drizzled at the moment of serving are enough to transform everything.

Its uses are legion: fillets on a slice of fresh foie gras, on beef carpaccio, on strawberries and raspberries with burrata, on a white pizza with figs and gorgonzola, on sliced roast veal, or simply on a rocket-parmesan salad. It also goes well with cold meats, hard cheeses and hot pl ats as a finishing touch.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, use within two months.
