Gourmandise de Luxe offers you home delivery of your order in Metropolitan France, Monaco and Corsica, from a purchase of €150 excluding postage. This offer is not available for international deliveries. Gourmandise de Luxe reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.

In mainland France, the average time between placing and dispatching your order is 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the exception of fresh produce orders, which are processed from Monday to Thursday until 1 p.m. Subject to availability. Gift delivery: Give the gift of excellence
When placing your order, you can enter a personalized message. This message is printed on a card and inserted in a pouch attached to the parcel. If you're sending a gift, be sure to add a message so that your recipient can identify you.
Product preservation and transport: Packaging to maintain the cold chain
Orders are carefully prepared by our teams. We pay particular attention to packaging: products are carefully arranged and secured with sizzlepak and sleeves in our shipping cartons to protect them from shocks.
Our fresh products benefit from special packaging using insulating materials and cold preservatives, to ensure that the ideal temperature is maintained right up to delivery. The quality and freshness of Gourmandise de Luxe products remain intact.

IN-STORE ORDER COLLECTION
Click & Collect: place your order on our website and collect your parcel 2 hours later
During the festive season, to collect an order containing CAVIAR KASPIA or MAISON DE LA TRUFFE products, please come to the counter of our ATELIER MAISON DE LA TRUFFE with the order confirmation sent to you by e-mail and bring your ID. If you were unable to print it out, you will be asked to provide your full name, order number and proof of identity for collection. You can order Gourmandise de Luxe products on our website and pick them up 2 hours later at ATELIER MAISON DE LA TRUFFE located at 19 place de la Madeleine 75008 Paris.
This service is available 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday (excluding store closing days), 7 days a week the week before Christmas & New Year's Day.
If you would like a relative to pick up your order, they will need to present the order confirmation sent to you by e-mail, as well as their ID.
If you are late in picking up your order, it will be put aside and reserved for 48 hours. However, it will no longer be available after this time. Any order not picked up within this time will be permanently lost and will not be reimbursed. Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
Outside the festive season, Click and Collect can be collected directly from the Maison de la Truffe boutique.
