Black Truffle Salt Flakes are the most refined finishing touch any discerning chef could keep in their pantry. Known as «truffled fleur de sel,» these flakes combine two exceptional ingredients: naturally fine salt crystals and the aromatic intensity of the Black Truffle. Tuber Melanosporum, present at a concentration of 1%—the equivalent of 5% of fresh truffles.
The ingredients are crystal clear in their simplicity: 98% salt flakes, 1% dried black truffle, natural flavoring. A no-compromise condiment that respects its ingredients enough not to drown them out with unnecessary additives.
