Sel Gris de Guérande IGP with White Truffles is the marriage of two ingredients that French and Italian gastronomy have honored for centuries: grey Guérande salt - hand-harvested in the salt marshes of Loire-Atlantique, rich in minerals and with a characteristic maritime sweetness - and freeze-dried White Truffles. Tuber Magnatum Pico at 0.3%, the rarest ingredient in world gastronomy.

Freeze-drying preserves the aromas of the white truffle with a fidelity that hot drying cannot match. The gray salt, h umid and gray-beige, perfectly absorbs and fixes these aromas, creating a condiment where each crystal concentrates the musky, crumbly, wild garlic fragrance of the Magnatum. The overall effect is one of remarkable aromatic balance.

Used as a finishing salt on grilled entrecote, steamed green asparagus, beef carpaccio, sautéed foie gras, boiled eggs or simply quality buttered bread, it transforms the simplest seasoning into a gastronomic gesture. Its appeal lies in the fact that it can be used raw, always at the very last second.
