Description

Purée de Truffes Blanches is an exceptional preparation from the Tuber Magnatum Pico, the rarest and most prized truffle in the world. Made with 70% of finely chopped white truffles, bound with extra virgin olive oil and a light touch of salt, it concentrates the quintessential aromas of Italian Piedmont in a jar: notes of honey, musk, wild garlic and delicate hay, in a velvety, generous texture.

Unlike fresh white truffles, whose seasonal nature makes them inaccessible for much of the year, this purée allows you to rediscover its aromatic universe at any time, with remarkable ease of use. It lends itself particularly well to off-fire finishing, as the intense heat attenuates Magnatum's delicate aromas.

Placed on tagliolini cooked al dente with a few shavings of melted butter, spread on toast as an aperitif, mixed with ricotta to garnish fagottini or ravioli, this rare noble purée is the essential ingredient of the most elegant white cuisine. It will also work wonders on a soft-boiled egg, a few moments before serving.

Available in 25g and 50g. Store in a dry place, away from light. After opening, refrigerate and consume within five days.
