Composition: rapeseed oil, cod roe smoked and salted 27% (cod roe 25%, salt), water, sea urchin coral 2.5% (Strongylocentrotus droebachiensis), breadcrumbs (flour of wheat, water, salt, yeast), concentrated lemon juice, beet powder, turmeric, preservative E211.

Kaspia Sea Urchin Coral Tarama is a marine creation of striking originality: 27% Iceland-smoked cod roe - of superior quality, selected for its fragrance and texture - meets sea urchin coral. Strongylocentrotus Droebachiensis at 2.5%, harvested in the cold waters of the Far North. It's the Mediterranean and the Arctic in one 90-gram pot.
Sea urchin coral brings a creamy richness, a distinctive marine bitterness and a depth of iodine that cod alone cannot achieve. Together, they create a tarama of rare aromatic complexity: at once smoky and marine, sweet and intense, accessible and surprising. Beet powder and turmeric give it a naturally pink hue, without recourse to artificial coloring.
On a warm buttered blini with a drizzle of squeezed lemon, it's a totally expressive marine box. It can also be served on rye crackers as an aperitif, as a topping for hard-boiled eggs à la russe, or as the base of a sauce for seafood linguine. A product for lovers of strong iodized flavors.
