Since 1927, Caviar Kaspia embodies the art of caviar à la française. From its legendary table at 17 place de la Madeleine in Paris, the Maison has established caviar on the finest tables, making it an integral part of the French art of entertaining.
Our selection brings together the best origins and the most sought-after varieties. Caviar Baeri, from French farms, offers melt-in-the-mouth grains with buttery notes - the ideal introduction to the world of caviar. The more assertive Osciètre develops aromas of hazelnut and iodine. The Royal White Sturgeon, bred in Italy, is distinguished by its large amber grains with a delicate taste of toasted almonds. And Beluga, the rarest and most precious, offers generous, deep pearl-gray grains.
Each tin comes in Maison Kaspia's signature blue box. Available from 30g to 1kg, with express refrigerated delivery in 24h anywhere in France.
Caviar Kaspia — a brand, a legacy
Founded in Paris in 1927, Kaspia introduced caviar to French and European dining tables. Nearly a century later, it remains the benchmark for connoisseurs of exceptional caviar. Each batch is selected by our experts, refined in our workshops, and packaged in the house’s iconic blue box.
Our online store gives you access to our entire product line: from Baeri entry-level to the Iranian Beluga from exceptional, through to the’Gold Osciètre and the Royal Beluga. Express refrigerated delivery throughout France.
Baeri Caviar — Your Gateway to the World of Caviar
Derived from the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii), Baeri Kaspia caviar captivates with its deep gray color and its clean, briny flavor, with a hint of fresh hazelnut on the finish. It’s the perfect caviar for a first purchase or for a generous tasting with friends.
At Kaspia, Baeri is available in several varieties: the’Imperial Baeri with larger, creamier kernels, and the classic Baeri, available in 30-gram packages. To learn more about this variety, visit our complete Baeri caviar guide.
Osciètre Caviar — Complex Flavors
The Osciètre comes from the Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii). Its firm, amber- to golden-colored kernels offer a broader range of flavors than the Baeri: notes of the sea, butter, and a hint of hazelnut, with a remarkably long finish.
The Kaspia line offers the’Osciètre Selection, the Osciètre Royal with hand-selected grains, and the cuvée Gold Osciètre, our flagship product. This is the caviar we recommend for a festive dinner or a memorable gift.
Beluga Caviar — the rarest in the world
The Beluga (Huso huso) produces the world’s largest caviar grains: up to 3.5 mm in diameter, ranging in color from pale gray to pearly. On the palate, the texture is creamy, melt-in-the-mouth, and almost buttery, with a delicacy that sets it apart from all other varieties.
Kaspia offers the Royal Beluga raised in Europe and the Iranian Beluga, sourced from the last remaining fisheries in the Caspian Sea. This is the rarest and most sought-after caviar in our catalog.
How to choose your Kaspia caviar?
The choice depends on three factors: your experience, the occasion, and your budget.
- First tasting : Start with the Baeri Imperial, accessible, and representative.
- Festive dinner : the’Gold Osciètre offers the best balance of prestige and value.
- A special gift : the Iranian Beluga leaves a lasting impression.
Allow 30 g per person for an appetizer, 50 g for a main course. For more information, read our guide « How to choose caviar ».

Our tasting guide lists all the pairings: blinis, potatoes, eggs, champagne, and vodka.
