Caviar Osciètre Royal owes its uniqueness to a farming method that gives it a personality all its own in the Kaspia range. From sturgeon Acipenser gueldenstaedtii, Caviar, a fish that can weigh from 20 to 50 kg, is raised in conditions close to the natural environment - so-called semi-wild farming - which allows the animal to develop its flavors in a less constrained environment. The result is a caviar of remarkable liveliness and aromatic complexity.
The grapes are large and firm in texture, with a rich, nuanced palette of flavors: elegant iodine, hazelnut and fresh butter notes, with a touch of terroir not found in intensive ageing. The finish is generous and persistent, leaving a memorable taste signature.
Made with sturgeon eggs Acipenser gueldenstaedtii, salt and preservative (E285). Store between -2°C and +2°C. Available in sizes from 30 g to 1 kg, Osciètre Royal represents a remarkable balance between accessibility and excellence.
