Kaspia Mini Blinis are the cocktail-sized version of the brand’s classic blinis—the perfect bite-sized treat, ideal for standing cocktail parties, French-style receptions, and gift sets. Made in Brittany using the same exclusive recipe with fresh eggs as their larger counterparts, they share the same signature soft texture, the same buttery flavor, and the same ability to hold even the most generous toppings without falling apart.

Their size is designed for one-bite servings: large enough to hold a spoonful of tarama, a folded slice of salmon, and a dollop of crème fraîche, yet small enough for guests to pick them up without a knife or fork. The x16 size lets you serve an entire table without having to go back to the kitchen.

When warmed in a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side or for a few seconds in the microwave covered with plastic wrap, they instantly regain their softness. Assemble your platters with caviar tarama, sea urchin coral tarama, and fresh salmon roe, and arrange them on a wooden platter or slate: your homemade Kaspia appetizer is ready in ten minutes.
