Parmigiano Reggiano adds its crystalline complexity, along with notes of broth, nuts, and salted caramel—so characteristic of cheeses aged for more than 24 months. The summer truffle adds an extra layer of woody and earthy notes, creating a cream with remarkable depth for a ready-to-use seasoning.

It has many uses: as a sauce for fresh pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, or tortellini—simply reheat in a skillet; as a creamy filling for savory crepes or vol-au-vents; as a sauce base for a quick risotto; a spread on toasted bread as an appetizer; a base for stuffed omelets or a zucchini quiche.
