Délice d'Olives et Truffes d'Été is a Mediterranean preparation of considerable aromatic richness, born of the encounter between black olives, button mushrooms and summer truffles. Its generous and honest composition combines black olives 32%, mushrooms agaricus bisporus, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle Tuber Aestivum 3%, capers, anchovies and salt, creating a condiment between tapenade and eggplant caviar.

The fragrance is immediately warm, deep and earthy - that of Provençal cuisine d'té, amplified by the fungal note of truffles. The texture is slightly lumpy, generous with recognizable olive pieces. The presence of capers and anchovies adds an extra umami spring that makes this product unforgettable from the very first spoonful.

Tartine on toasted farmhouse bread rubbed with garlic, served with a plate of sheep's milk cheeses, mixed with pasta, as a garnish for a Provençal omelette or spooned over a tomato gazpacho, this delicacy adapts to any context. It can also be used to season grilled white meat, or to effortlessly heat up tomato sauce.
