Selected from the finest French farms, this whole duck foie gras reveals a remarkably homogeneous texture, the sign of a first-rate raw material processed with respect. Its deep aromas - melted butter, sweet hazelnut, a hint of smoke - linger long on the palate and bear witness to the craftsmanship that goes into its production.
The hermetically sealed, sterilized glass jar guarantees optimum preservation without a cold chain until opened. Once opened, consume within 48 hours, covered in cling film in the refrigerator.
