Brie de Meaux is one of France's great cheeses - PDO since 1980, produced in the Seine-et-Marne region from raw cow's milk, giving it incomparable aromatic richness and smooth texture. This Brie de Meaux cheese preparation with Black Melanosporum Truffle is the ultimate gastronomic version: France's noblest brie enriched with black truffles - the world's most precious mushroom.

The Melanosporum truffle, either incorporated into the paste or visibly included, depending on the format, imposes its deep, earthy aromas on the creamy richness of Brie to create an exceptional cheese that cannot be found in an ordinary cheese shop. À 19,50€, is an entry into the world of truffled cheese at a very reasonable price.

Serve at room temperature (take out 30 minutes before), on a cheese platter, preferably on its own so as not to compete with it, with sourdough country bread and a Champagne blanc de blancs. Ideal for festive meals, when the cheese platter deserves its own star attraction.
