Description
Truffe Noire 85% is a concentrated, pasteurized culinary preparation based on Tuber Melanosporum, designed to enable any cook - amateur or professional - to add the flavor of real Périgord black truffles to their daily or festive preparations, without the constraints of conservation and fragility of fresh truffles. With 85% of black truffle in its composition, it sets the bar very high.
Pasteurization preserves the integrity of the aromas over a long period, while maintaining a texture close to that of fine minced meat. Unlike low-truffle preparations that compensate with artificial flavors, this product lets the truffle express itself - earthy, cocoa, deep mushroom, muscinol notes - with an authenticity that convinces from the very first spoonful.
Add a small spoonful to a béchamel sauce for a potato verrine, in a Parmesan risotto off the heat, on buttered scrambled eggs, or straight from the oven on a white pizza. It can also enrich a homemade vinaigrette, a leek fondue or a pasta gratin. The uses are endless - and the aromatic response is immediate and decisive every time.
