Hot and spicy sauce with summer truffle juice 3% 140g

Sauce Piquante au Jus de Truffe d'Été is a daring creation that brings together two worlds that seemed so far apart: the fieriness of chillies and the earthy subtlety of truffles. Tuber Aestivum. Made from a concentrate of sweet and hot peppers, tomato concentrate, white wine vinegar, olive oil and 3% of summer truffle juice, it develops a progressive, frank and aromatically complex heat.

The truffle doesn't disappear under the chilli - it slips in with intelligence. Its notes of hazelnut and herbs are still evident after the initial heat, in a long, persistent finish. The colour is bright red, the texture slightly dense, the flavour both virile and refined. This is a sauce for lovers of sensations, who know that you can be spicy and elegant at the same time.
