Pascal Brunstein, one of France's best craftsmen (MOF) in chocolate making, has created for the House of Truffle a marvellous dark chocolate truffle that's truer than life.

Beneath a shell of dark chocolate made from a grand cru from Mexico and coated in cocoa powder lies a mixture of indulgent praline and smooth gianduja with crunchy pieces of caramelised Iranian pistachios.

Store between 15 and 18°C.
