Summer Truffle Tomato Sauce

This fresh tomato sauce is delicious when used in the traditional way, as an accompaniment to pasta dishes, and equally tasty on toast as an appetiser, in bruschetta or to enhance meat dishes.

Ingredients: Tomato pulp 78%, tomato concentrate 8%, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum) 3%, garlic, sugar, parsley, basil, Guérande salt, flavouring. May contain traces of celery.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
