Soya Sauce with Black Truffle Juice

This sauce can be used as a base for elaborate sauces, to deglaze meat and fish, or simply to accompany sushi and maki. Beware of addiction, because this sauce is the result of a subtle and successful combination of traditional soy sauce and the delicate flavour of truffles!

Ingredients: Soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, spirit vinegar, alcohol, sugar) 95%, black truffle juice (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) 3%, salt, flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
