Description

Baeri Imperial Caviar is the premium version of sturgeon Acipenser baerii, selected by Kaspia's experts from among the best produced in Italy. It is distinguished by the clarity of its grapes and the remarkable sweetness of its aromatic profile - two characteristics that testify to controlled ageing and optimal ripening.

With a generous diameter of 2 to 2.8 mm, its color ranges from anthracite gray to golden brown, depending on the batch. On the palate, their soft, melting texture is immediately appealing: neither too firm nor too delicate, the balance is perfect. The taste, fine and fresh, expresses a light iodine, a hint of butter and a certain roundness that are the hallmarks of Italian Baeri. Its delicate salting, mastered by Kaspia, is designed to sublimate each flavor without ever masking them.

Made with Baeri sturgeon eggs, salt and a touch of preservative (E285). Store between -2°C and +2°C. Available from 30 g to 1 kg, this is a remarkable entry into the world of great caviar - affordable in its positioning, incomparable in its finesse. Serve with warm blini or steamed potatoes.
