Gouda with Summer Truffles

A Dutch cheese made from thermised cow's milk, it has a smooth, hard black wax rind enclosing a young, supple, pleasantly fragrant cream to yellow-coloured paste. The paste is dotted with numerous truffle shavings. This Gouda will bring you a mild and subtle flavour that will be hard to resist. Very tasty with intense black truffle aromas, it will be irresistible and can be eaten as an appetiser or even added to cooked dishes. It will introduce you to some surprising combinations.
