Its colour varies from light grey to jet black. Its distinctive taste makes it a fine, delicate caviar, smooth and lingering on the palate with a slightly buttery flavour and rich, varied aromas.

Composition: Huso huso sturgeon eggs, salt, preservative E285.

Storage: Between -2°C and +2°C.
