The organic butter, made from high-quality milk and carefully farmed, welcomes the aromas of the White Truffle. Tuber Magnatum present at 0.8% - a refined dosage that perfumes the whole without ever becoming oppressive.
The White Truffle is the most expensive and aromatic of truffles. Its notes of musk, wild garlic, honey and hay blend naturally with the lactic richness of butter, creating a creamy texture and a fragrance of rare persistence. Butter acts as a lipid carrier that amplifies and binds the truffle's volatile aromatic molecules, making every mouthful lastingly fragrant.
Its use is as simple as it is delicious: served at room temperature on toasted farmhouse bread, melted over risotto or fresh pasta at the last minute, incorporated into a buttery sauce for sole fillet or roast chicken, or sprinkled on a rare tournedos. It can also be used as a base for a fried egg or a pan-fried saint-pierre, perfuming the entire preparation from the very first second.
