These little chocolate pralines, The hazelnut and summer truffle flavors are ideal with coffee or tea, or simply for a sweet break.
Composition: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, milk sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), «nocciola Piemonte I.G.P.» hazelnut. 35%, powdered sugar, wafer (wheat flour, sugar, anhydrous milk fat, lactose, milk proteins, salt, barley malt flour, leavening agent: E500ii), freeze-dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) 0.3% (equivalent to 1.5% fresh truffle), flavoring. Contains: soya, hazelnuts, milk, gluten. May contain traces of other nuts and eggs.

Visit Summer Truffle Pralines are a delicacy that reconciles the worlds of confectioners and truffle riders. Tuber Aestivum, a summer truffle with a sweeter, nuttier aromatic profile than Melanosporum, is combined here with finely worked pralines to create a confection as elegant as it is original.
The praline, with its crunchy texture and rich caramelized sugar, offers a perfect counterpoint to the earthy, subtly woody notes of the summer truffle. The result is a confection of unsuspected complexity, which surprises with every bite and irresistibly entices you to take another. The box of 180 grams is available in tasting and generous formats for special occasions.
Perfect as a mignardise after a gourmet dinner, slipped into a gift box or nibbled during a moment of true gourmet indulgence. They go remarkably well with grand cru black tea, specialty coffee or light Armagnac. Store in a cool, dry place, between 15 and 18°C.
