The set includes a tray in precious solid walnut wood (35×25 cm, thickness 2 cm) with sumptuous veins, a transparent glass cloche (diam. 10.5 cm, height 9 cm) to preserve and expose the truffle before working on it, and the stainless steel truffle mandolin with dark wooden handle and wavy blade for precise shavings.

The cloche plays an essential role: it keeps the truffle fresh for a few hours before serving, while allowing guests to contemplate it. It's as much a ritual accessory as a technical one. Placed on the table, it announces the festivities even before the first shaving is grated.
