The quintessential Italian cheese, Gorgonzola PDO has a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a powerful flavour, balanced by the natural sweetness of cream. Summer truffles add a refined, woody note that enhances the sauce without masking the cheese's aromas.

1 Summer truffle-flavoured carbonara sauce 170g. This recipe offers a contemporary take on the famous sauce: free-range eggs, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, Pecorino Romano PDO and summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), which replaces guanciale (a pork speciality) in this recipe. A velvety carbonara sauce made with exceptional ingredients, as creamy as the one you make at home.

1 Cacio e pepe sauce flavoured with summer truffle, 180g. Inspired by the famous Roman dish “Cacio e Pepe” (cheese and pepper), this sauce combines mature Pecorino Romano PDO cheese, freshly ground black pepper and a touch of summer truffle for an even more intense flavour.

1 Summer truffle tomato sauce 190g . This fresh tomato sauce is delicious served in the traditional way with pasta, but it is just as tasty on toast as an appetiser, in bruschetta or as an accompaniment to meat dishes.
