HOME DELIVERY
Gourmandise de Luxe offers home delivery of your order in mainland France, Monaco and Corsica for purchases over €150, excluding shipping costs. This offer is not available for international deliveries. Gourmandise de Luxe reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.

Delivery times: Place your order before 1 p.m. and we will ship it within 24 to 48 hours!
In mainland France, the average time between placing your order and it being dispatched is 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except for orders for fresh produce, which are processed from Monday to Thursday until 1 p.m. Subject to product availability. Gift delivery: Give the gift of excellence
When placing your order, you can enter a personalised message. This message is printed on a card and inserted into a pouch attached to the parcel. If you are sending a gift, be sure to add a message so that the recipient knows who it is from.
Product storage and transport: Packaging designed to maintain the cold chain
Orders are carefully prepared by our teams. We pay particular attention to packaging: products are arranged and secured with the utmost care using sizzlepak and sleeves in our shipping boxes to protect them from impact.
Our fresh products are packaged using special insulating materials and cold preservatives to ensure that they remain at the ideal temperature until delivery. The quality and freshness of Gourmandise de Luxe products remain intact.

IN-STORE ORDER COLLECTION
Click & Collect: Place your order on our website and collect your parcel two hours later.
During the festive season, to collect an order containing CAVIAR KASPIA or MAISON DE LA TRUFFE products, please go to the counter at our ATELIER MAISON DE LA TRUFFE with the order confirmation sent to you by email and bring proof of identity. If you are unable to print it, you will be asked to provide your first and last name, your order number and proof of identity in order to collect your order. You can order Gourmandise de Luxe products on our website and collect them two hours later at the MAISON DE LA TRUFFE ATELIER located at 19 place de la Madeleine, 75008 Paris.
This service is available 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday (except when the shop is closed), and 7 days a week during the week before Christmas and on New Year's Day.
If you would like a friend or family member to collect your order, they will need to bring the order confirmation sent to you by email and their ID.
If you are late in collecting your order, it will be set aside and reserved for 48 hours. However, it will no longer be available after that time. Any order that is not collected within the allotted time will be permanently lost and will not be refunded. Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
Outside of the festive season, Click and Collect pick-ups are made directly at the Maison de la Truffe shop.
