These Black Truffle Roasted Almonds are Maison de la Truffe's answer to the demand for a healthy, demanding and aromatically sophisticated aperitif. Organic almonds - 95.8% of the composition - carefully selected, roasted at the optimum temperature to reveal all their hazelnut taste and natural crunch, then finely salted with Guérande fleur de sel and flavored with natural black truffle aroma.

Fleur de sel de Guérande is chosen with intention: its complex, iodized flavor and crystalline texture, which gradually melts in the mouth, elevate the seasoning far above ordinary salt. The natural aroma of black truffle, at 1.2% of the composition, brings its notes of undergrowth, mushroom and cocoa to prolong the crunchiness of the almond in a deep, persistent finish.

With no artificial coloring and organically grown, these almonds are a responsible, gourmet snack to munch on guilt-free.
