This sauce can be used as a base for elaborate sauces, to deglaze meat and fish and for simply accompany sushi and maki. Beware of addiction, as this sauce is the result of the subtle and successful combination of the traditional Soy Sauce and the delicate flavour of Truffle! 

Composition : Soya sauce (water, soya, wheat, salt, alcohol vinegar, alcohol, sugar) 95%, black truffle juice (Tuber melanosporum Vitt .) 3%, salt, flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place.
