This risotto with summer truffles can be served as a main course, to fully appreciate the flavors, or accompanied with a green salad and a truffled vinaigrette.
Ingredients : Cooked rice 51% (water, rice), cream 24% (stabilisant : carrageenan), onion, mixed raped cheeses (Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano (milk, salt, animal rennet, preservative : egg lyosyme)), shallot, olive oil and truffle 3% (extra virgin olive oil, flavour), dehydrated flavored chicken stock (salt, wheat flour, flavouring, chicken fat, chicken meat, potato starch, onion, leek, garlic, pepper extract, antioxydant : rosemary extract), summer truffle breakings 2% (summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum), truffle juice (Tuber Aestivum), salt), olive oil, reduced white wine, white pepper, thickener : guar gum, wanthan gum, wheat glucose. May contain traces of fish, shellfish, mollusc, soy, mustard, celery, nuts, sesame, peanut.
