The duck foie gras selected by the Maison de la Truffe is made using traditional, local methods. All the stages involved in making the foie gras are carried out on a farm in the Landes region of France, with the aim of perpetuating the traditional Landes foie gras, combining flavour and authenticity. This product with its excellent flavour is an opportunity to rediscover foie gras in its natural state, and will appeal to the most demanding palates.
