Summer Truffle Tomato Sauce

This fresh tomato sauce is delicious as a classic accompaniment to a pasta dish, or just as tasty on toast as an aperitif, in bruschettas or to season meats.

Composition: Tomato pulp 78%, tomato concentrate 8%, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum) 3%, garlic, sugar, parsley, basil, Guérande salt, flavouring. May contain traces of celery.
