Also known as the "Saint John's Truffle". Its external appearance is similar to that of the Melanosporum.
With its light-coloured flesh, crunchy texture and light, subtle flavour with hints of hazelnut, it's perfect for summer cooking.

Storage: Between +4°C and +6°C.
