A delicious recipe made from the finest quality smoked cod roe from Iceland, combined with the salty flavour of sea urchin coral.

Ingredients: rapeseed oil, cod roe smoked and salted 27% (cod roe 25%, salt), water, sea urchin coral 2.5% (Strongylocentrotus droebachiensis), breadcrumbs (flour of wheat, water, salt, yeast), concentrated lemon juice, beetroot powder, turmeric, preservative E211.
