Acacia honey and strips of dried Italian white truffle are combined with a blend of chilli extracts characterised by the smoky, bitter note of Cayenne.

An exquisite accompaniment to mature and blue cheeses, and an ideal condiment for vinaigrettes.
This spicy honey is also perfect for glazing or marinating pork, duck and chicken.
