Soya Sauce with Black Truffle Juice

This sauce can be used as a base for an elaborate sauce, to deglaze meat and fish or simply to accompany sushi and maki. Beware of addiction, as this sauce is the result of a subtle and successful combination of traditional Soy Sauce and the delicate flavour of Truffles!

Composition: Soya sauce (water, soya, wheat, salt, spirit vinegar, alcohol, sugar) 95%, black truffle juice (Tuber melanosporum Vitt .) 3%, salt, flavour, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
