Norwegian salmon is farmed in fjords for 3 to 5 years so that it can grow and strengthen, reaching a weight of 3 to 9 kg. For decades, Kaspia has been selecting exceptional products from the best farms in Norway and ensuring that they are traditionally smoked over beech wood. These two slices have been cut by hand.

Origin: Raised in Norway

Storage: between 0°C and +4°C.

The product must always be stored at a maximum temperature of +4°C. It is best to open the packaging 30 minutes before consumption. Consume within 2 days of opening.
