Norwegian salmon is farmed in the fjords for 3 to 5 years to grow and strengthen, reaching a weight of 3 to 9 kg. For decades, Kaspia has been selecting exceptional products from the best farms in Norway and using traditional beechwood smoking techniques. These two slices have been sliced by hand.

Storage: between 0°C and +4°C.
The product should always be stored at a maximum temperature of +4°C. It is best to open the packaging 30 minutes before consumption. Consume within 2 days of opening.
