Composition : Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 66% (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colouring: caramel E150d, acidity: 6%, contains sulphites) sugar, maize starch, flavouring, dried black truffle 0.01% (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt.). May contain traces or spores of the genus Tuber Spp).
