Gouda with Summer Truffles

A Dutch cheese made from thermised cow's milk, it has a smooth, hard black wax rind enclosing a young, supple paste with a pleasant cream to yellow flavour. The paste is sprinkled with numerous truffle fragments. This Gouda will give you a sweet, subtle flavour that will be hard to get enough of. With its intense black truffle flavour, it's irresistible as an aperitif or added to cooked dishes. You'll discover some surprising combinations.
