Cream of Artichoke with Summer Truffle 3%

This cream is ideal as a starter, or to accompany raw or cooked meats, or fresh pasta.

Ingredients: artichokes 90% (artichokes 84%, olive oil 15%, salt, vinegar), sunflower oil 4%, summer truffle 3% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), parsley, salt, flavouring. May contain traces or spores of the genus Tuber Spp. 

Storage: After opening, store for 7 days at 4°C.
