Pascal Brunsteinone of France's finest chocolate makers (MOF), has come up with a new concept for the House of Truffle a marvellous dark chocolate truffle that's truer than life.

Beneath a dark chocolate shell made from a Mexican Grand Cru and coated in cocoa powder lies a blend of gourmet praline and smooth gianduja with crunchy bursts of caramelised Iranian pistachio.
