Tarama bottarga

A Mediterranean speciality, bottarga is a pouch of dried mullet roe. Grated into tarama, it enhances the flavour of your aperitifs.

Composition : rapeseed oil, 27% smoked and salted cod roe (25% cod roe, salt), 10% grated bottarga (mullet roe, salt), water, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), concentrated lemon juice, preservative: E211.

This product is not intended for people allergic to the following allergens:

Fish and fish products, cereals containing gluten.
This product may contain traces of shellfish.
