Le Baeri Kaspia caviar comes from a species of sturgeon found in Russia and bred in Italy or Bulgaria. It is dark in colour, with anthracite grey to golden brown grains. The small grains of Baeri caviar are delicate and have a distinctly iodised taste. A fine, delicate flavour with a hint of fresh hazelnut.
